Q What types of packagages can I ship with My Rapid Logistics (MRL)?

A There is no limit to types of packages you can ship with My Rapid Logistics
Ranging from precious Metals to Vehicles, and other house hold goods, we cover them all. Are you still wondering if your package is shipable? Contact us to find out.


Q How much is delivery?

A Simply click on Quote Request for an estimate. Our home survey is free of charge and without any obligation. Fully insured standard next day delivery is included in the price. You can contact us for more alternative delivery options.
For orders within UK, If funds are cleared by 3pm, most orders will be dispatched the same day, subject to any additional security checks.


Q How are my goods delivered?

A All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature on receipt. For your convenience, when your items are dispatched you will be emailed an online tracking number. All items dispatched will be covered by our ‘goods in carriage’ insurance policy.
Our policy covers each package up to the value of £50,000 up until the point it is signed for at the delivery address, once signed we can accept no liability for your goods. Furthermore we also accept no liability for items once signed for at work addresses or houses of multiple occupancy.

Q What happens if I am not home to take delivery?

A The courier will leave an ‘Attempted Delivery’ card so that you can re-arrange an alternative delivery date. Your parcel will remain fully insured up until the point it is signed for.


Q What is Door-to-Door services?

A My Rapid Logistics (MRL) will pickup and deliver Your Package at your specified locations (could be your residence, office, or any other location). The pickup and delivery is often performed by a flatbed truck but in some instances could be performed by our larger car transport truck. Our competitors may advertise door-to-door service but may not be able to truly provide you this service.


Q How do I track my package?

Q How can I make payment?

A Payment for package service must be made in advance by Bank Wire TransferElse as specified by your assigned contact person by My Rapid Logistics.


Q How will I know when my order is expected to be delivered

A We will send you a dispatch email which will include your tracking number as soon as your package is prepaired for shipment.


Q Can I collect/buy direct from you?

A Yes, our premises are located in London and are open Monday to Friday from 09:30 – 16:30. If you are organising a long or special journey it is recommended that you call up beforehand to confirm stock availability. We do not store all bullion (preproducts on site but by prior arrangement you can collect any of our products from our London shop.
If you have placed your order online or over the telephone and selected Collection, we must have received cleared funds before you arrive at the premises..


Q Can you deliver overseas?

A Yes We currently deliver to countries across Asia and Europe and ofcourse within the UK (including the Isle of Man and Channel Islands).

Q Can I pay online by debit or credit card?

A Currently Our Online payment system has been scrambled but might return online anytime. We will put up information to that regard should there be a change to the current status.
We did accept online payments with credit cards up to the value of £5,000 and debit cards up to the value of £30,000. Please note that this limit may change. There is no payment surcharge for payments made with a credit card. contact us for further information about paying by debit or credit card.


Q Are there any other methods of payment?

A For many of our customers the easiest way to pay us is by bank transfer.

Q Do I have to pay VAT on bullion (Precious Stones / Metals) products?

A As of 1 January 2000, investment gold is NOT subject to VAT throughout the EU. However, Silver bullion products are subject to VAT at the current standard rate of 20%.
Please note that alternative VAT rates may be applicable for customers from the Channel Islands. Please contact us for more information.


Q Do I have to provide identification to buy from you?

A It depends, if you decide to pay by bank transfer we do not normally require any additional ID, however we may contact you to confirm some additional security details. If you are buying on behalf of a company we may require further information, please call us for guidance.
